Booking & Cancellation Policy

Consultations must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. We offer flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends to accommodate different time zones.
Cancellation terms:
  • Free rescheduling with 24+ hours notice
  • 50% fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice
  • Full charge for no-shows (except emergencies)
  • Complimentary rescheduling for technical difficulties on our end
